He couldn't appeal at least until she ruled. Which she put off. Because she "knew" her sealing would do the trick. The Clinton haters behind the Paula Jones case certainly wouldn't leak that testimony in violation of a Federal Court order, would they?

That leaking, as well as Starr's, is far worse than Clinton's most minor, and forgivable of all possible perjuries, to my mind. Clinton's perjury was on a very collateral subject at the very most, even if finally it was ruled to have been (barely) material. Those leaks obviously and directly affecting of outcome for the President, and directly violated the very core purpose of the Federal Court order.

Why do we not hear the press pursue this point? Because it is directly contrary to the interests of the media, pure and simple. It is a form of corruption for them not to be playing this big.
