Did Greenspan just suggest he was going to raise interest rates? This guy doesnt reveal ANYTHING when he talks. Almost as skillfull at dodging the main issue as Clinton. I mean seriously, who wants to hear this crap? All we need to hear is one thing. ARE YOU OR ARE YOU NOT GOING TO LOWER INTEREST RATES. Everything else is just a waste of our time.
