Hmm by this you mean personal credibilty? Well then I suppose I would have to agree with that statement. When I said Starr damaged his credibilty with the report, what I meant was, that the report was obviously slanted to embarrass and humiliate the president (and the OFFICE of the president which is a much larger issue with many people) and because of that obvious bias, the next report the IC releases will be viewed with skepticism by the public.

On a personal level, not sure how people feel about Starr - my guess is that they think hes more honest than the pres, but not capable of any judgement on this matter. Well thats what I think.
