Yes the errors occurred at both 66 & 100 mhz. They were the exact same errors and they did occur quite often. Sometimes on boot, sometimes just while clicking in a program. I got both errors randomly. At that time I did have both types of SDram in the system.
That was about 10 days ago and NT hasn't even hiccuped since.

I agree the samsung memory should be good. Just to eliminate it I would swap it out if you have some form another machine available or maybe borrow some. If you are running 2 64's maybe just remove one and see if the error repeats and then try it using the other one.

I still believe it is ram though.
