Gottfried and threaders, Following are the Bull Percentages as sorted,
first, according to the sector, market and leading indicators and,
then, according to their numerical ranking. Note that I have posted
only the last 4 weeks of data rather than going back to February 17,
1998. Those who wish to go further back can go to my portfolio and
retrive my earlier post prior to this week.
NOTE: The NYSE, OTC, 10WEEK, 30 WEEK, OPTIONS, SEMI'S, have all
reversed up. The SOX has also reversed up with a DW double top at 215
from its low of 195. The only leading indicator which has not
reversed is the high/lows which is currently at 4.60.
Does this mean that we are beginning a new bull market? Just compare
with the previous years of 1974, 1987, 1990 after we had a bear
market. During those years the above indicators went to the 65% plus
DW percentages from the lows.
What are your observations and opinions after an analysis?
Naturally, the above is only my opinions and the data which I have
reviewed from the Dorsey Wright site. Readers are reminded the old
saving, "caveat emptor (buyer/reader beware)."
