To All from an Infrequent Thread Contributor:

I have to assume that the Ledoux problems were just as devastating to management as they were to the stockholders.

Nevertheless, it appears that management is responding in a positive way and is putting resources, human and financial, into directions that still seem to express actions to try again to increase shareholder value and the possibility of bringing us closer to creating a going concern.

I know that's it's very easy to second, third and fourth guess management's decisions. I have no doubt that many of us bought into this situation with the expectation that we were into a situation that would greatly increase our respective net worths----and a good deal of this disappointment is reflected in the posts to this thread.

But---we are still in business; and Naxos is trying to stay alive.

As to our funding J/L, I would agree with a previous poster that it's hard to see us doing so without some positive information from the Russell report. As I understand it, Naxos did not hire Russell to review the J/L approach---J/L did.
