Here some news.. Tasty Fries Inc. Declares 1-For-20 Reverse Stk Split The reverse split, effective Dec. 23, reduces the number of issued and outstanding common shares from 94,000,495 to about 4,700,025 shares. The post-split shares will trade under the symbol ''FRYA.'' Tasty Fries said it also adjusted the company's authorized common shares from 100 million to 25 million.
