Pat, Thanks very much for taking the time to help me out. I did get a resolution of my problem through the Kanisa Help Desk. They re-registered my username and password for me (why the registration server did not work, I don't know). I can now log on to cindy and get the delayed quotes as well as the real time time version through NAQ (using separate computers so I don't get confused as to which is real time and which is delayed. By the way, the reason I wanted to use both services is because I am getting near the 150 symbol maximum om Realtime Trader and did not want to pay an additional $20 per month to increase the limit. I can now move some of the less volatile stocks I watch to the delayed version thus freeing up space on the realtime version. Again, thanks for trying to help me out. Steve Jillson
