The prosecution of Jim Guy Tucker only proves my point. His malfeasance had nothing to do with Clinton, nothing to do with Whitewater, and nothing even to do with actions while he was Governor or Lieutenant Governor. He was caught in the IC sweep (for actions he took while a private citizen) because it was thought he may have dirt on Clinton to dispense. He did not, and he's the worse for it. Tucker should have been prosecuted by the local federal prosecutor; that's what they're there for.
