i have some experience in the cosmetics industry and I besides the big boys - Revlon, Avon etc - there are several other smaller industry players who might be interested - Jean Phillipe Fragrances, Renaissance, International Flavors and Fragrances. In addition, it is a great company for a financial buyer because of the strong cash flows which would permit putting a lot more debt on the Company. This is a lay-up in my opinion and I just bought another 800 shares today at $3.25. On the other hand, it does disturbe me a bit that he is "disclosing" this information to you as the proceedings should be either confidential or publicly realeased. In addition, he should have a selling memorandum in front of him rather than a prospectus which is the document for public offerings. I hope they are not planning on issuing any more stock... P.s. what is his number?
