Stupid NT joke.. I better quit.

Hmmm.. Lets look at the chain of events:

Peacock's financing agreement with Hawthorne falls through, so Hawthorne must return all the shares given as per the agreement. (+)

Peacock announces it wishes to acquire Linzy Capital.

Peacock announces influx of funding and buyback of its' shares. (+)

(+) Peacock now makes a secondary offering to new shareholders, creating a financing agreement with new shareholders, and not with Hawthorne. This news is about as good as the $50 million from Hawthorne back in April (where Peacock would have to pay back Hawthorne 10% interest + shares, in this situation Peacock needs to pay back noone.)

The financing from the new shares will assist in purchasing Linzy Capital and the real estate for future projects. I think I will raise my rating for PFCK from a "rip off" to a "cautious".

See ya later four,
Ryan
