terms of use that prohibits someone else from
posting using someone else's account.
Si terms of use only states that the member
holder will be held responsible for someone
else's postings.

2.3 You agree that you are responsible for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur on your account while your password is being used. You agree to waive and hold Silicon Investor harmless from any claims relating to any action taken by Silicon Investor as part of its investigation of a suspected violation of the Terms of Use or as a result of its conclusion that a violation of the Terms of Use has occurred, including but not limited to the removal of posts from the Silicon Investor site or the suspension or termination of your account. If you believe someone has used your password or account without your authorization, you must notify Silicon Investor immediately at webmaster@techstocks.com.

Whether or not it is considered "wrong" is a
personal evaluation, IMO.

I don't care if someone posts using my
account, and I don't care what anybody thinks
about that decision.
If SI objects, then they should state this in their
terms of use.

I always (cough, choke) follow the rules.
