People sell for any number of reasons, including personal prudent diversifcation reasons and it is not necessarily anything to be worried about. On the other hand though, there is usually only one reason that people buy stock and HD employees up and down the line buy lots and lots of stock every single month. A good number of them are millionaires by now.
