To all you pitiful syquest shareholders;

Don't be surprised if, during the next 30 - 60 days, you see a notice that syquest has sold substantially all of their know-how, patents and technology to another tech company and that syquest is closing its doors. The notice may also include a short paragraph that syquest is seeking a purchaser or purchasers for its plant, property and equipment.
