I have been to two of the FreshNLite restaurants in Dallas. I like the product and the concept. however, both are now closed, not enough business. I drive by one of them every day on my way home in north Dallas. The parking lot for the restaurant was never more than 30% full, Now, for a restaurant in Dallas not to be full to overcrowded, especially on Friday Saturday nites is very unusual. Im sure your aware that Dallas is one of five to seven geographical area's that a company or corporation will establish a CONCEPT location. It is a general consensus that if it works in all the area's it will work across America. If the Management of that CONCEPT takes it's documentation to the appropriate MONEY LENDERS they will get a positive response, especially if they were successful in all five to seven area's.
I like FLTT and I like their management, proven track record etc. But, the food business is a very tough one, I know I've had four, all different concepts, some were winners and some not. According to government records, out of two thousand businesses that you or I could start. RESTAURANT AND BARS have the highest failure in the country! #1 and #2 out of TWO THOUSAND!!!!!
Good Luck (Hope this helps)
