If you look at the posts from VBroady on Raging Bull you will see a very interesting pattern.

The company announced on September 8 that they declined the offer, but on September 10th the following post was made on Raging Bull.

I am as greedy as all of you put together, but what is WRONG with the company declining the .37 offer if they
believe the stock is worth much more, even in the short term (2-3 months)??

Sure, going from .09 to .05 during this process hurts, but WHAT IF they are right (worth a lot more), get
another, much larger offer; stock prices climb on merit / metal prices actually rising for the first time in a long
time.....

So you bought at .09 and now your pissed because the buy-out didn't happen and you're at .04?? Will you be
happy in six months when the stock is $1? Not if you jump off now. Selling now will be the worst stock mistake
you make this year, period.
