Not just greedy, but trusting ........
How can I delete my last post!! Just dumb.
First, my position is unchanged -- Not trying to hype, then bash. Check my history (posts on this and other
boards). IDCN -- just another bad choice I made in my sinking '98 portfolio. Have not sold any stock.
Didn't do my homework on this one ..... closed my mind to all the negative comments on the SI and other
boards ... believed they were paid bashers. Not so.
This company and its principals are just plain shameless. To wit:
The bulls**t offer ... a set up to get the stock a boost long enough to pull in some suckers, like myself. I was
slightly suspicious at first; offer looked like it was written by a $5/hr receptionist.
Someone at ICDN has a buddy/contacts are CMI, count on it. Why was ICDN so upset at investors that called
CMI, AFTER the offer fell through to check on the validility of the offer??
The Nov "in the wings" customer .. more bull. Suddenly, now, ICDN cannot supply this potential ghost
customer Granite ... yeah right.
The property/mining "just to good to sell," but they'll dish out 4mill to an informed, weathy investor for .04
share.... wake up (I'm trying!!!)
However, ICDN would not BUY-back at the $4 level -- why?? -- because you can expect a poor essay report
late Sept - a sad picture -- to drop the stock down to YR low of .01 or lower!! Then, watch ICDN step in for
their 10 million share buyback. Hello!! Expect a reverse split to keep the stock tradeable.
Why the stall on the testing/blasting now?? IDCN is timing their buyback. "There were hunters in the area and
we couldn't blast safely. Come on!!! Any one here hunt or have you been around a pending blast area ?? --
lots of noise, warning markers, soundtimes warning sirens, etc. Sorry, no hunters or Bambi for hundreds of
yards.
A lot of people (ahem :( ) bought this stock at $9-11 when the bulls**t offer was posted. By the way, and of
course, no votes were made, etc, suckers were kept in the dark through the whole process.
At least the stock is still in the 4.5 - 5.5 range, not a complete washout. Dunces like myself will hold it to the
5-7 range over the next two weeks, then the "unexpected bad news / essay" drop.
I'm selling early next week, whatever it takes. May even play along again with these turkeys and buy back in at
a penny, so of course, ICDN will then have HAPPY news (after their buy-back) to get the stock back up to
10-11.
Someday, I want to be more bulletproof and less prone to go for these manipulations. Obviously, there are a
lot of SMART investors who saw the offer of .37 (when stock was .09), saw the scam for what is, and passed
on it. Stock never made any real gains, whatsoever.
If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I feel sorry for those who have any faith left in IDCN -- some of them
(especially SS on SI board) are obviously very sincere. I just hope that these good people realize that they
had better roll with the IDCN plan or jump. All IMOO. DD.
PS - At least my second worst disappointment this year - PLC - has/had straight-dealing people behind it. |
