Markets up again---4 days in a row--reaction to the weakness of Starr's report and the sensibility of
the majority of the public.

I heard some republican congressman say the polls
don't mean anything---LOL

Funny how some individuals can delude themselves into
thinking that the majority of public opinion means nothing. I always thought democracy was based on that premise
