Hello Jan,

Nice job of explaining some of the more important aspects of the NYSEBP.

However, because it is being cussed and discussed so much right now, you might want to revisit your statement that "The NYSE BP is 5000 + stocks spread between Dow and Nasd that are more representative of the average portfolio."

The NYSEBP is composed and calculated from approximately 2000 stocks taken from the NYSE. It basically removes preferreds and other non-equity issues from the 3000+ stocks trading on the NYSE.

The Option bullish % index is somewhat more than 2000 issues and is more responsive than the NYSEBP because it has large cap, OTC small/mid and large cap etc.
