As soon as mortgage rates fall a little further...............
I'm selling my CCEE to pay closing costs to refinance.
Meanwhile ( AN OPEN LETTER TO jr & sr IF THEY READ THIS THREAD OR
CARE ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS ):
1. Do either of you or BOD members have any personal relationship w/
a mr. Bo Dietel? What was the genesis of the decision to pursue
ComputerCop? Did mgt approach him, and if so, why? What do you
envision the market to be for WWW filters? How many competitors did
you determine there to be? What % of the overall market did you determine CCEE would be able to penetrate? How many units would have
to be sold to break even on this business venture? How do you intend
to market this product to differentiate it from the host of competitors?
2. Does the "launch" of ComCop mean dbExpress and the server farms are a failure? If not, exactly how is income derived from the server
farm and what is the status of dbExpress w/ BT and others? What is
the overall business plan, is it on course, do you still intend to
meet the .57 projection you indicated you were "comfortable" with?
..........THESE ARE NOT PROFOUND QUESTIONS, THEY ARE SIMPLY WHAT EVERY
"BURNED" INVESTOR IN THIS COMPANY DESERVES TO HEAR FROM A REASONABLY
FUNCTIONING BUSINESS. birney
