Wrong. If he had terminated the deposition, and refused to promptly resume it, he would upon motion of Jones attorneys have been ruled in contempt of court.

And yes, I did encourage others to ostracize you from the regular investment oriented Loral thread, as opposed to the Loral Political thread formed to accommodate you and Vaughn and get you off people's backs on the regular thread. I did so because you persisted time and again making political attacks on Loral and its CEO, and did so in very nasty fashion against many long time thread participants, after the vast majority of that thread were sick and tired of it. And had been quite patient in putting up with it for some time.

The notion that most Loral investors, or most on that thread, were lefties is absurd. The barrage, we all felt was coming from you, Vaughn, and one other whose name I don't recall. And who only first showed up to that economic thread to impose your unrequited and unwanted political rankings against Loral.
