Wrong. Are you familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure? Review Rule 30(d)(3). This rule allows a party to object to a line of questioning and suspend a depo until a Court order is obtained. Usually, the party conducting the depo makes the motion to compel the answers, however the other side gets to make their case that the line of questioning is unrelated to the case and as you claim and for the purpose of annoying, harassing, etc.

I decided to give you a pass on the personal vitriol so no one would mistake me for the brownshirt you are. JLA
