"my guess is that it will be out just after the close on Friday" IMHO news is usually bad if it comes out on Friday. Trading is usually light and news on that day usually does not affect the stocks as it does midweek. Another bad sign is the low price. Insiders now know if the release will be good or bad for the share price. Seeing as DAL is now trading near its three month lows I would suspect that the insiders are dumping now before it really sinks. TKE might hold its ground like you said because of their other interests. I mean if this was going to be such a good news release we would be seeing daily increases in share prices by now IMHO.
