PH, What you are saying is correct in the real world, but never underestimate this cos. ability to fictionalize their eps and fool the bulls. I expect them to report all sorts of one time charges as a smoke bomb to hide the real disaster. Also, you may not be giving them or the other chippies enough credit for reducing variable costs per Mbit. Price always declines on DRAM, but they are squeezing down variable costs. What is curious in the case of MU is how they concentrate so well on variable costs while allowing fixed costs and debt to soar as if that weren't real money. <G> MB
