I think Nettles has sour grapes. LU toyed with TLAB and CIEN, screwed them and left them both for dead. It's ugly, rapacious, and particularly painful for my wallet, but that's the way business is done. Airing it out without being able to make a case that it was illegal, makes CIEN look weak. Better to keep your mouth shut, kill LU in the DWDM market and then dance on their grave.
