i see that Kazatomprom and TVEL of russia are joining forces to mine uranium. I figure WWS's chance in kaz was over before it started. If i were the gov't i would keep waiting too before any re payment. you have a junior on the ropes with no cash (as the firm spent what was left on a closed project). if wws goes belly up, they don't need to collect anything. meanwhile wws continues to do a good job of keeping shareholders informed of the status...just keep saying "its almost here"....
