It is plausible that spin-off stock can be issued and made restricted, and the company starts to print additional shares while leaving the existing shareholders unable to trade the spin-off shares.

Brian, I think it is in very poor taste for you to come to this thread and post a worst case scenario when you have no idea what the company's plans are. If they wanted to print additional shares, they could do it right now. I haven't posted to the SETO thread in the past because I am not a SETO shareholder. More important than that, I have no direct lines of communication to the SETO principals so I would leave it to the more knowledgeable posters to keep others informed. I know you talk to SETO's principals...

I almost made a mistake in the previous paragraph, as I have done when discussing these stock picks in general with Greg. I almost used the word 'investors' or 'investing' when discussing buying BB stocks. I think everyone would agree that what we are doing in ANY of these BB stocks is total speculation, not 'investing' at all. If anyone disagrees, please PM your BB 'investment' to Greg. I know he would love a sure winner.

David
