I am positive it is $1.00, but like I stated in previous posts if volume is significant and company shows improvement the stock will continued to be listed on the NASDAQ. Worst situation is it goes to the BB and will trade fine. In fact I see it as a chance for the company to get things back in order and get the stock price back up. I think we will see a gradual price increase either way as investors realize that the russel 2000 is way undervalued. An index to which qdek is a part. Kind regards.................RON
