Mr. Zonkie,
Mr. Shurr was a broker who was employed by Wellrich from 2/97 to 5/97. He was the only licensed securities dealer employed by Wellrich. He acted as a broker for the sale of AZNT 144 stock. After he left, Wellrich could not legally deal securities and their contract was no longer binding.
Wellrich called AZNT 144 shareholders suggesting they put their 144 stock up for sale. Mr. Marchese used the 144's to back his shorting. The shares went to the TA and were rejected. Mr. Marchese stated , regardless, he will continue to short AZNT.
Mr. Jihad forwarded documents to Mr. Mitchell & Ms. Shell to post on S.I.. They do not support the contention that there was an arbitration hearing or judgement against AZNT. Wellrich is now filing an 'Order to Compel', but since AZNT didn't have a contract with Wellrich they have no legal obligation to arbitrate , and Wellrich does not have a legal foot to stand on for a 'Compel Order'. Now, Wellrich has threatened to give Ms. Shell & Mr. Mitchell more documents to post on S.I., they must use S.I. because there is no legal merit to their contentions.
I hope this answers your questions.
