AMD's stock is about one half the value that it was when they delayed the K5.

Now with the K6 and K6-2, investors value AMD even LESS than 3 years ago.

As for AMD's toughest times - check out the Intel Developer Forum articles describing Intel's 1999 product Roadmap.

You should expect 1999 to be even tougher on AMD than 1998.
