Rand, there is much more to your statement (1) that most aren't aware. I'm not about to drag all the details over this thread, people will just be confused in the time line and details and it would not be fair to Maxam or shareholders. It amounts to a story of "pick the worst scenario that could occur for a number of steps", Mr. Murphy at his worst. You can accuse me of hype, I probably deserve it, but you know that I tell the truth to the best of my current understanding. The failure of the batch test had nothing to do with metals or recovery technology, just a series of poor choices that were only understood after the fact. I would suggest that you talk to Runyon if you want to completely understand. IMO we are now past those issues, especially at $0.09.
