Well, whatever. A monoply that is threatened by its own government, and a country left in shambles by its own government. It seems to me that their ignorance and stupidity do not have boundries. Hard for me to believe ANY telecommunications company would relish trying to open this "new" market. One would have to more ignorant than the current regime to fight city hall.
