Well... I have never like to establish rules as I seem to suffer high allergies from the same, my understanding of the grubbing rules,seem to be you make them as they fit [your own purposes], then submit to the post grubbing trophy case.
Technically speaking.... and as far as yours truly understand the rules, my answer is no, 667 would not be a grub, but hey ! If O.J. Clinton is President, anything goes.....so, who knows!
