Mr. Roller, the insider buying isn't real new news. I heard the same thing a few weeks back. Its up substantially in the last 7 trading sessions. Its also above the downtrend line going back to last March 98. Looks like today's high is about the first resistance level followed by just under $22--which is the big one.
