Just my opinion here folks, but a gap up usually occurs when people place open market orders before the opening bell. The MM's can obviously see these orders in front of them before the bell, so they "gap up" or "mark up" the price. IMO, there looks to be major accumulation going on here. Buys are far outweighing the sells right now. I also wouldn't be surprised if some of those sells were actually the company buying back shares. I normally don't like to buy into stocks with huge floats, but it looks to me like management has their act together here. Count me in for 50K long, FWIW. Happy investing everyone. The Fog
