Mr Forthright, Here's something else that I don't understand. In the filing on Nov. 19, 1997 they list there shares outstanding as being >>>COMMON 48,010,000<<<<. Then on their filing of March 31, 1998 they state: >>>>To finance these activities the Company is engaged in the private placement of securities. The company has sufficient capitol for the start of their Direct Marketing Program, which will begin in the third quarter of 1998.<<< Notice the use of "is engaged" yet they still list the outstanding as >>>COMMON 48,010,000<<< They state they are engaged in "private placements to finance activities" but they list the shares outstanding as being the same, couldn't they find anybody to buy any shares in the months between these 2 unaudited filings? zonkie....
