El Matador,

As it relates to your last message, I am not really in a position to speculate (as you acknowledged) regarding PaineWebber and their relative activity as a market maker. I have not observed activities from them or any other market maker that didn't look normal to me. Clearly, it is up to you to draw your own conclusions on this matter. I have simply wanted to provide the information that I have access to and know to be true for the sake of people who may be interested in go2net so that they may draw as informed a conclusion as possible.

In terms of a comparable situation in terms of market maker activity, I don't really have the reference.

As it relates to margin, as far as I know go2net was not even a marginable security until a few weeks ago (this, as you are probably aware, is governed by the Federal Reserve). As it relates to Xanthus Capital, LP's holdings, it has not employed any margin whatsoever on any of its investments (including go2net)-- it has no debt. Perhaps there is another answer, but these are the things I know.

Best,

Russ
