Janice: I too, am a loser on this mud pie ride. Let me ask you one question. Did you buy these stocks via electronic trade, such as E*Trade, etc..? If so, I doubt that you would have received any snail mailings for your proxie vote. In all my dealings the only time I get proxies to vote on, is when I go through a full service/discount broker such as Merril Lynch/Fleet, etc., would I then get them. Frank
