R, if I register my shares then no one can loan those shares. Sounds like we either need a new transfer agent, or Ralph needs to call for his certs again. Or he's being told he has shares that he doesn't own. Ralph get the certificate BABeeee, something smells fishy!. Ralph has been in the brokerage business for a long time folks, shouldn't take his attorney to do squat!
