The thing that is powering housing starts are low interest rates and the growth in individual wealth. I don't see any significant decrease in these robust levels as a threat to continued good earnings in that sector. Our domestic economy is still very strong.....We just have to nurture growth in foreign economies. Europe is strong . Jeff
