Pappy, at least in terms of sales, in 1997 BEAM was larger (88.8M vs 68.6 M). In the first 2 Q's of 1998 VISX moved ahead (56M vs.45.2M). But, VISX is more than 4X larger in market capitalization.Sure would like to see that change due to BEAM increased share price though. PK
