IMO, the phone ordering is excellent for people who don't have
access to a PC, or...
are afraid to send credit card info over the net,
even though the site has a secure order form.

Their shipping charges for the first CD are the same as amazon, and .99 CHEAPER than tunes & cdnow, and .49 cheaper than music blvd. On the second CD, they are the same as tunes and cdnow,
only .05 more than amazon, and only .02 more than if you order a second CD from music blvd.
pretty competitive.

They are only 1 out of 2 who have chat rooms.
