Hey, sometimes it is fun to be contrarian. A lot of people like the building sector, I am wary of it at this point. Interest rates are low, but confidence in the economy is a bit more iffy in my opinion. Some like CPQ as a safe hold long term, well maybe it is, but I posted about a week ago that we are going into warning season and the stock doesn't seem to be participating in this rally. A lot of analysts like CPQ now because the merger with DEC is done (or about to be ?), I'm more wary. But like I said, I'm probably wrong more than I'm right. David
