To all. Here my little movie scene.
First. You sell a lot of stock really cheep to raise money for a start up. Thats really hard to do with JUST any idea. The price? Maybe pennies per share. All this will of course be free trading. That the motivation for someone to put money at risk on a start up. Then, a concerted effort by the group of investors to hype the stock and... create buying so that they can dumpt their own stock. Got to have buying or else the plan will not work. Next, the company jugles PR's to help create liquidity and a healthy profit for the investors. Oh no! Jugling means that sooner or later something is going to hit the ground and when it does, all of the rest will soon follow. The company scrambles to keep the plan going while they themselves try to cash in on their stock by selling the maximum allowed by law. Got to keep the poor fools buying... got to hurry... some are catching on and others are soon to follow.
But wait... maybe the poor fools will never expect production or revenues. Lets try and keep this going as long as possible. We have some MM who will love it. Finally, one day its all played out. Oh well, lets start over again. Anyone know of a shell to buy?
