Edward, typically, all these suits are consolidated and unless you seek to be excluded from the class (because, typically, you want to sue on your own, which I doubt), you are automatically in the class. Once the judge consolidates all the action suits (and all these law firms are now vying to be the lead attorney, and that is why you see that rush of announcements), you will get through your broker a notification (where you'll typically be informed that unless you exclude yourself from the class you are in the class and agree to get proportionately what each class member gets).
You may want to inform your broker to keep his eye open, but typically, you'll get the paperwork in the mail in few months.
My experience, like many others, if they win, you'll get less 5% of whta your loss has been (over the alleged period).
