An even better play for the long-term is MEMC (WFR). They just hit a 52 week low and when the semis turn around they will do very well.

MEMC makes polysilicon and silicon wafers. They are well established and there are significant entry barriers in this industry.

However, in the short-term, they may go down so pick your entry point carefully.
