Any news from shareholders meeting? By the stock prices it looks like merger has been successful. ANMI is approx. 5 and SPCO 1 3/16. Looks like these prices make sense. SPCO still has a little room to move up or ANMI down. ANMI at five is approx. SPCO at 1.34.....let's hope prices are effected positively to merger.....Steve
