Doug, Do we need a lawyer? I've never been to a meeting of creditors.... At the meeting on the 18th, will anything be decided? It would make sense to me that we move for the immediate appointment of a trustee- this 'debtor in possession' stuff is for the birds. Any CEO who gives himself a $500,000 raise the day before taking the company into bankruptcy ought to be job hunting. Either that, or each and every one of us owners should have "sucker" tattooed across our forehead. What do you think? r/s Ben
