Frank, I have this kind of peaceful feeling about the company now. Since we have done the deal with Liberty, we have reduced the risk in owning the stock, the potential is even better, and we didn't have to give the company away to do it. As far as I'm concerned, management has earned every last one of those stock options. Jim
