Brown lists 12 local offices all across the country in their brochure, each with its own 800 number and physical address. They sound like a good broker and I've read only good things about them here on SI. I'll probably move my secondary trading account to Brown from Web St. One nice thing is that phone orders with a broker are still only 5 or 10 dollars. And with 12 800 numbers, you're likely to get through when your internet is down.
